I went in and asked for long layers - had a picture and everything. The owner cut my hair. She hacked it beyond recognition. My thick hair is now thin and scraggly. I'm beyond words. She told me, "It looks better than when you came in." Actually it doesn't. I'm devastated. I went in for a confidence booster and walked out feeling embarrassed and humiliated.
