Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
