I always get what I ask for, very friendly, clean and very welcoming.
A few years ago the owner and an employee were very mean to me and overcharged me for coloring my hair simply because I politely suggested that she, the owner, use my hair to get the color stain off my face. This is a very commonly used technique I knew because I went to hairdressing school myself and she was not doing it. She was instead scrubbing my forehead with a towel which was hurting. She got angry and told me how long she had been hairdressing. I never returned.
