Nice spot with a lot of friendly people living there. Really good view and fabulous sunsets.
I really recommend not living here if parklane management is still running this complex. Since they do 6 month leases they are nice and helpful for 6 months and then they treat you like scum after that. The location is great and that is it. The building is run down and if you are in a top floor unit your apartment will never cool down during the summer.
