New office staff, very pleasant. Quiet community, lots of walkers, joggers, pretty park like setting with a large lot. First time in 11 years I have seen it with no houses for sale at present, several new houses onto empty lots this year.
I have not been able to cut my lawn since September of last year. It is been swanp like since then. I pay rent for the use of property that is literally under water
RecommendedWe have lived here over 11 years now. I enjoy the neighbors and being away from the main highway. I love being able to work in my yard. But I have a neighbor that just loves to mow to close to us and put stones into our siding. The hardest part of Camelot is the office. The office manager can be very mean when asked a question or so. She needs to remember that we have rights here too! I worked with the public my whole life and if I did the to anyone I would have been fired. I lived there or 30 years. I really liked it there. It got to much for me to handle at my age, so my son owns it now and he likes it. I really never had any complaints. But some of the owners of homes should keep it up.

This a quiet ,friendly,place to live,The office is always so helpful for all your need's,
stevej this is a park of small homes for the mainly retired folks....the homes are reasonable priced and the grounds are kept nice ..it has a covered drive thru mailbox area which is handy...they offer a well maintained setting
