This is the most unprofessional realty company I’ve experienced. They scheduled a group of people to view a house that they had already rented. No one contacted me via phone or email to discuss my application approval or denial. I’d never rent from this group and I recommend others to not rent from them. If you’re ignored prior to renting, imagine what it would be like once you get into one of their properties.
Kelly Townely was great in helping sell an investment property of mine. Helped me navigate the concession process, was able to tour the home successfully despite the home being occupied by a tenant, and helped drive a resolution for repairs needed as a closing requirement. Highly recommend
