Apparently maintenance feels like they can tell management that they completed your maintenance request when absolutely nothing was done. Every time it rains my daughters’ bedroom floods. Water is coming up from the foundation. I called a couple weeks ago and requested that someone come and check it out. Nothing was done. No one came to the house. We are in our third lease now and loving it. The office staff is so super friendly and knows everyone by name. Maintenance is always quick to respond and even checked back after a recent repair to make sure all was still well. The children's playground is well kept and tucked away from passing traffic. Many recent updates to the pool area, parking lot and buildings themselves. We also really like the convenience of being close to our kids school and work.
Great Staff! Andrea does a great job professionally running this complex. Beth goes above and beyond for everyone which is awesome. Sharnice is always there if you need anything. Maintenance is on point.
I love this place! The apartments are beautiful and I can't say enough about all the employees. Bethany the office supervisor is wonderful and Quite friendly when I call with questions or concerns. Probably the best apartment complex and staff I have had. They are always so helpful.
