We moved into this place thinking that the property manager did her job and got everything done. Little did we know she would move somebody in right underneath us and shove us into a disgusting three bedroom house told me that if I cleaned it I would get the credit for it but now sara actually lost this paper! almost 3 months and I still haven’t seen the money that I had to put into to clean this trash house. Idiots will call you repeatedly about renting from them after you tell them to stop calling you. I really question their Intelligence. I received 14 calls in 3 days from the same Leasing Company. Then they hang up on you when you try to tell them to stop calling.
I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER , THE VICE PRESIDENT , SHORT RUDE LADY AT THE SISTER HOMES GRANDVIEW!!!! EVERYTIME WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT WE SAT OUTSIDE FOR AN HOUR EACH TIME, AND WE HAVE BEEN OUT THERE 3 TIMES , AFTER THE VICE PRESIDENT SAID WE CAN LEAVE WE ASKED FOR SOMEBODY HIGHER SHE SAID SHE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO US ANS SLAMMED THE DOOR IN OUR FACE!!!! The new owners are really fixing up the place and the new manager is super nice and really cares.
Lived here for a while the new owners that bought this place about 6 months ago ar Employees are horrible rude hang up on residents when you get lucky enough to get through but THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR EMAIL.
Been here 9 mo very quiet and great neighbor's ❤ it..
I used to live here a long time ago and the people that own the park were very nice
