absolutely unprofessional the way some of the staff treats their customers. A simple misunderstanding which was corrected respectfully and politely by the offender was greeted with a totally unprofessional, uncalled for 15 minute rant from a rude/ out of line employee. sad to say I bowled my last game there
Been bowling in a Mon Senior league over 3 years now there. Great people, friendly staff nice place to have fun.
