Two weeks we have been trying to schedule a PSS worker to come into Dad's home. The worker was scheduled to come in July 7th but never showed. Their response was to schedule the rest of the week. We received a text 1 1/2 hours before today's scheduled start time stating she wouldn't be in again. There is no trust when they cannot stick to a schedule they created.
