The Landlord will not return phone calls and obviously doesn't check her voicemail. My friend lived there and has passed, I told her these facts but she did not sree fit to call me.
Would not recommend living here if you can go somewhere else go. Manager only here for a pay check. Maintenance people do a good job for what they have or given to work with. Wallick communities is more worried about how the place looks then the apartments being more energy efficient and easy on the budget for the elderly disabled or low income residents.
