Besides being a long time resident, I am very happy with the professional and helpful staff. I can honestly, I am happy to live here,my apt is what I had wanted, it's home. My only concern is the recent tenants moving in don't seem to grasp that it's a shared community, be considerate of others ..clean up...!!
Not a bad neighborhood and quiet, it's good to live here.
Nice location and nice properties. Staff is not knowledgeable of what needs to be done. Slow to fix things.
Don't know how this place hasn't been monitored more closely by the owners at Kaplan. From a former employee who tells me that the current manager Nicole Coward is not capable of doing her job; the proof is in the pudding. She is more concerned with getting the other employees here fired than she is keeping this place the way it used to be; and blaming the pandemic is a lame excuse Ms. Coward.
