They just did my appraisal and would not update it for me to close. Y lender had to pay for another company to come out. The man that came out was rude and obnoxious. Please be aware this company.
Never came when they were told and then didn’t get report back in typical time frame.
We had an appointment for an appraisal for a property and the guy never showed up. We had to take the day off from work for this, what a waste of time! We called to verify that the person assigned to do the appraisal would show up and they just hung up on us. We called back and no answer! VERY BAD service! Do not waste your time!
Steer clear of this inspection company. If your lender assigns Camelot, ask for another. Maybe Camelot has had E&O challenges (terrible how all this is still not transparent on licensing site in AZ) but our appraiser seemed to go out of her way to appraise us low for an FHA loan. She claimed there was no bathroom fan in one of the bathrooms, even though it was clear in a picture she took.
