I wouldn't rent from Jay, he's rude and needs to train on how to speak to people, he has cussed at me which is very unprofessional, he's always complaining about something. When I lived there for not even a year my apartment was falling apart the building needs to be remodeled from the inside, I had mold in my apartment which is a health hazard. I didn't have a problem with any of my neighbors and Steve was decent didn't have any issues with him. I'm glad I got out of there. No need to respond to my comment! That is all!
As of right now, rent price is unbeatable for how good these apartments are. Cat friendly, maintenance is wonderful and always responds to requests quickly and always gets the issue fixed. Communication is very good. I never hear my neighbors even if they are being loud. This place is not without its issues, they pop up from time to time but they are always taken care of and communicated about. Some appliances are dated and electric bill can be high, but in my opinion it’s not worth taking my review down to 4 stars over that... read more
