As of right now, rent price is unbeatable for how good these apartments are. Cat friendly, maintenance is wonderful and always responds to requests quickly and always gets the issue fixed. Communication is very good. I never hear my neighbors even if they are being loud. This place is not without its issues, they pop up from time to time but they are always taken care of and communicated about. Some appliances are dated and electric bill can be high, but in my opinion it’s not worth taking my review down to 4 stars over that... read more

Great apartment complex!
Beautiful place to live. Jay,property manager is very nice,friendly person who contributes a lot to call this place a home. Jay cares about everything to make his tenants feel comfortable and happy. Steve a maintenance guy is very skillful, polite and very responsible.
