expensive lot rent, it only includes lawn care which doesn’t get done often. they’ve been putting holes in my skirting and leaving my house dirty after I just had it pressure washed.

I promise it does not look like those photos...the grass ALWAYS needs several weeks worth mowing..there are muddy, potholes filled with water..When leaving the property..it's very dangerous and hard to see what's coming, especially on the drivers side bc the bushes are always overgrown..and this park is located on the corner of 2 majorly large intersections with tons of traffic flying by in all directions..We have seen several wrecks and near misses..often..heard gunfire quite a few times..we've witnessed ppl driving by yell... read more
