DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It is absolutely INFESTED with roaches!!! Loads of spiders going after the roaches too. They even sprayed inside our apartment, and we still find a roach or two every single day. When it rains they come up like crazy and will try sprinting inside every time you open the door. There's an elderly hoarder that is causing the roach infestation but she won't work with the pest control company or landlords to spray inside because her apartment is too cluttered. A wonderful place to live. The complex is small and tight knit, the maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and good at their jobs. Lots of amenities and centrally located right in Arden. We have been here for three years and most of the neighbors know one another. The kids of the complex all play together. In unit laundry cannot be beat.
I wish if u can answer the phone in the same day it tools weeks to get answers on the phone
Pretty chill place to live. Super close to stores and restaurants. Affordable rent and nice staff.
