RecommendedIf you are looking for a caring environment for your loved one, please visit Camellia Place. The houses and grounds are beautiful and clean, the food is very good and most of all, the staff is involved, kind and caring. My mom was in two other facilities prior to Camellia, and this is the best by far. We are very thankful.

The sales and administrative staff have been so helpful and kind to me and my sister with helping to get our Mother situated into Camellia Place. This was no easy task, as our Mother was very angry with us for taking her away from her home. The staff has worked miracles with our Mother and she is doing very well. They have kept us informed on how well she is doing and have helped us with our guilt, making it much easier for us to realize the importance of having her in a controlled environment. The wonderful staff at Camellia Place took excellent care of Dad during his stay! The staff was always smiling and encouraging. The food very good. The whole place spotless. And the physical therapy he received during his rehab after repairing a hip fracture was top notch. At Camellia Place, there truly is a different feel from many/most other assisted living facilities. Every time I walk through the doors I am greeted with a smile! The residents are always participating in engaging and varied activities. My children and I love to visit and enjoy lunch with the residents!!
I was so impressed when I visited Camellia Place because of how different it is from any other community I had been to! It felt so much like a home and the staff is clearly following passion, not just working a job. It is evident that the residents feel more than cared for, they feel special.
