This Review is not About Apartment but the Parking Lot in about Three yrs I’ve been almost hit by Several Vehicles leaving parking lot … with of Course Smell of Mary Jane just rolling out. Maybe they need a stop sign at exit so they don’t use the road between apartments like an Interstate . Going Up one way …. Maybe clearly marking how Both Apartments (CG and EW) should come in and out … It’s not Even College Students it’s older people leaving here. Speed bumps are not even slowing them Down ….
I have lived at Camellia Gardens about 7 years now. The apartments are spacious and except for a glitch here and there the others who live there are friendly. Our current manager is more than happy to do all she can to assist those of us who may have a problem. I recommend Camellia Gardens to anyone who is looking for an apartment of this type.
