I visited this salon yesterday as a walk-in around 2:30 p.m. for an eyebrow waxing service, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. During the waxing, wax was accidentally dropped very close to my eye and eyelashes. The wax was extremely sticky, and I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. Rather than being properly removed with an appropriate solution, the wax was repeatedly wiped at with a wax strip, despite being so close to my eye.
