Willing to change my review of them if I can get my nails redone… My gel-x nails fell off 2 days after I got them and I wasn’t even doing anything! Didn’t even notice it fell off until hours later! They did an amazing job of my French tips but was it worth it if it fell off so fast?!
I usually go here for the convenience. They are just okay. That’s why I didn’t bother writing a review before. This time though, I made an appointment two days before, and when I arrived today, the girl at the front desk kept insisting over and over again it wasn’t there. Then a they call me after I left to ask if I’m coming in. 🤦 Either learn better customer etiquette or hire competent staff. I understand mistakes happen, but the way they handled it wasn’t great. Great and fast service for a gel mani. Van did a fantastic job.
I have been going to Tracy for the past 18 years. She is wonderful, kind and always does such a great job. I won’t let anyone else touch my nails or toes. She is always on time and attentive to my needs.
Very good. If you do go ask for Tracy she is the best.
