I called ahead to ask if you accepted walk-ins, and I was told that you did. I drove all the way there, only to be told upon arrival that they couldn’t take me until after 4 PM. (It was still morning) That is not really accepting walk-ins it’s essentially asking customers to make an appointment for later. I specifically called beforehand to avoid wasting my time, so it was very frustrating to drive there only to find out I couldn’t be seen. I'm so happy that one of my friend's suggested that I try out Camella's for my nail care. She has been going there for years and Mia does her nails so I decided to book my pedicure with Mia. Mia did such an outstanding job! I would have to say - it was by far the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. Perfection! From beginning to end everything was perfect! Great service. Been going for over 2yrs. No problem booking an appointment. And they take walk ins.
I paid 65$ for french nails and 2 weeks later the color started to peel off. At first it was just one nail so I thought „ok sometimes things happen“. But slowly it started to happen to all my nails. This has never ever happened to me before and I‘ve had acrylic nails for years. This was my first and last time at this salon. Unacceptable.
I don’t bother to leave reviews because I understand buisness have their bad days, but everytime I’ve came recently I leave very unsatisfied. They get very lazy when doing nails just to get the job done and then go back to being on their phones. I’ve always asked for very simple designs like old school French tip which is basically just a straight line instead of a curve and they come out very wonky or uneven, and you don’t feel very judged rather than invited. If I were you I’d save my time and take my buisness elsewhere
