I don’t bother to leave reviews because I understand buisness have their bad days, but everytime I’ve came recently I leave very unsatisfied. They get very lazy when doing nails just to get the job done and then go back to being on their phones. I’ve always asked for very simple designs like old school French tip which is basically just a straight line instead of a curve and they come out very wonky or uneven, and you don’t feel very judged rather than invited. If I were you I’d save my time and take my buisness elsewhere
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Took my daughter to get a gel manicure and pedicure for our vacation $65 on Sunday 3/22 which was horrible and a different tech had to "fix". By Wednesday 3/25 the polish had Literally Peeled off on most finger nails and some toe nails. Seems like the quality of gel is not good or they just don't know how to apply it correctly. My daughter was so upset about not being able to enjoy her mani and pedi during our vacation. Definitely dont recommend it and won't be going back.
Willing to change my review of them if I can get my nails redone… My gel-x nails fell off 2 days after I got them and I wasn’t even doing anything! Didn’t even notice it fell off until hours later! They did an amazing job of my French tips but was it worth it if it fell off so fast?!
I usually go here for the convenience. They are just okay. That’s why I didn’t bother writing a review before. This time though, I made an appointment two days before, and when I arrived today, the girl at the front desk kept insisting over and over again it wasn’t there. Then a they call me after I left to ask if I’m coming in. 🤦 Either learn better customer etiquette or hire competent staff. I understand mistakes happen, but the way they handled it wasn’t great.
