I thought she was going to be arrogant and rushing us (I don’t know why we have a history of middle eastern people in the dental/medical industry being so arrogant and pompous towards patients, even when they’re wrong) but the more we spoke, the more I felt her compassion. We became more comfortable to speak like actual humans, rather than just in&out money bags (very hard to find doctors like that these days).
