I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anita Bernhard. During my visit, I made a lighthearted comment and received a response that felt dismissive and inappropriate (“get a divorce”), which immediately made me uncomfortable. Rebecca, RDMS is wonderful! She is gentle and patient and makes you feel super comfortable.
The front office staff is friendly. However, their medical team (or at least the team members I worked with) do not practice trauma informed care and do not follow the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists' recommendations for pain management for IUD insertions. When I had called to make my appointment I asked if they provided any pain management for the procedure, such as a lidocaine shot, and was told yes. I have been a patient of Camelback Women’s Health for almost 10 years. I have never, ever, had a negative experience. I am always called back for my appointments with minimal wait and seen promptly. Audrey is a great care provider. She is kind, thorough yet efficient, and easy to talk to. I feel well cared for by this medical group and will continue to come here for my women’s health care needs. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Tsang is a special doctor. We got to Know her very well over the last 9 months, as you can imagine! She was always caring and made me feel heard and comforted which is a necessity during pregnancy, especially my first! I appreciated her calm and nurturing tone, never causing alarm.
