After my car from college died, I came to this VW to find my next car. The staff was lovely, and they seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a reliable car in a new city where I had just moved having known nobody. I told the salesperson working with me that I would be leaving in 2 years and would need to turn in the car early. That person set me up with a 39mon lease, which obviously brought concerns. The absolute worst customer service I've had here in over 15 years
Been to this dealership twice now for service on a Jetta that has less than 16000 miles. (Full Warranty) WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECEPTIONISTS I've ever dealt. First experience one of the guys tried to get me to pay cash under the table for a service that in the end they charged me $0 for. Told me they usually charge 100 dollars to remove the lug nut locks and if I had 40 cash we would be cool. In the end they didn't charge me anything when I started asking questions. Terrible service department,couldn’t even tell me the cost of an oil change. Made an appointment to have it done. Arrived and they had no one in the shop able to do an oil change!!! Spent 3 hours for an oil change. Please don’t buy from this dealership or use their service department!!!
Remember when they try to defraud you that you can report their unethical behavior to the Arizona Attorney General, ADOT Dealer Licensing Office and the Better Business Bureau without having to pay legal fees They ran my credit without my approval or knowledge They intentionally hid issues with my vehicle before the sale They lied about their behavior In all my years of dealings, this is the business I choose as the worst to exist.
