This dealership is absolutely appalling. I have been getting my cars serviced here for a long time. I recently purchased a brand new 26 Volkswagen in April. And it has had repeated issues with the electrical system, engine management system, and safety features such as Blindspot, lane keep assistance and adaptive cruise control. The dealership has had the car three times for multiple weeks. Some of which were visits over 30 days in which the car was not touched, fixed or even moved. Just a Great experience especially finance
I really hesitate a lot before giving a bossiness a bad review but there are limits to everything If I could give zero stars I would Everything from sales to parts to costumer service is beyond terrible. Nate in service is a really good dude and super helpful and friendly. Made the service super easy and was in constant communication about what was going on! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
DO NOT BUY HERE!! We purchased our vehicle here just 2 months ago, and everything seemed fine at first. Recently, the Check ABS light came on, so we brought the vehicle back in because we were told that the Mechanical Protection Plan sold to us by the finance representative, Cheyenne, would cover issues like this.
