Great people, especially my salesperson Jeff. Knowledgeable and attentive.
Horrible customer service, the guy at the parts desk was being so rude and rounded up my bill because he didn’t want to go to the back to give me back my change, I asked him where my change was and he shuffled away like if I sent a child to open the front door, he gave me back my change and slammed it on the table and gave me the silent treatment, I said, “have a good day” and he was grumpy and said nothing, I’m honestly thinking of selling all my Volkswagen cars and switching back to Honda
Horrible service, 50% higher prices. Wouldn't reset service notifications in the car even though they are the only dealership that have the tools.
This VW dealer is horrible! Terrible "customer service" and price gouging. All the parts on the official VW parts website give the dealer pricing and this location is always much higher than the others, e.g. a turbo at this location is $950 vs $750 at other locations.
