Went for oil change and tire rotation when I got home noticed the tires were not rotated, because I had scrap on right front rim and it was still on right front. I called service manager and she reviewed the video and watched workers only rotate left side tires. She wanted me to drive back 45 minutes to get right side rotated I explained my poor health and the bother it would be. Vickie said she was sorry and would go talk to the workers. I'm sitting here in the waiting room waiting an hour and half for a simple oil change I scheduled online. THAT'S TOO LONG. Next time I'll get a quick 15 minute oil change closer to my home.
I did not purchase a Subaru from this dealership, but I did research which dealership in Texas gives the most fair and honest extended Subaru Warranty pricing. After dealing with my local dealership trying to get a fair price for the Subaru 10 year / 100K mile Gold Plus extended warrant I contacted Kelly O'Brien @ Hicks Family Subaru. He responded quickly and beat my local dealerships pricing by $500.00 . I had the best experience with Bachman Subaru, especially my car salesperson, Debbie Watson she was willing to go above and beyond to assist me with my new purchase. I will always be appreciative of her excellent customer service and to the other associates at Bachman.
This dealership has a few of the worst new car salesmen. The first one I dealt with by the name of Jessie; he refused to give me Costco membership prices and kept telling me that their prices were already cheaper than Costco Auto referral program; so, I left. The second salesman by the name of Angel; called me and give me Costco membership discounts. I fully understand what purchasing a vehicle “as-is” means, and I accepted those terms. However, I do not believe “as-is” should extend to items that were misrepresented. Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. Sold me Subaru in 2023, when i called to check if warranty was still there told me they will get back to me and never did. I guess after sale support does not exist?
