A bunch of kids that dont know anything about the actual cars they are selling and process of selling! Spent 7 hours at dealership just to get to the end and find out the put the deal together without my trade in which I made clear a number of times that would need to be done to have a deal! They literally watched me clean out my old vehicle and transfer it all over to the new one for an hour, knowing I was going to trade it in and then when handing me the keys to the new car they asked how I was going to get both home!?!?
