I went in to find out what was going on with white smoke coming out of our tailpipe. I was told my there shop mechanic that we needed a new $8000 engine. Turns out we needed to replace the PCV valve. Cost $15. I replaced it and the white smoke is gone. Also told me we had a code for our catalytic Converter and it needed to be replaced. Camelback Kia wanted almost $2200. Turns out it was just the Oxygen Sensor. Cost $90. Need I say more.
Rude customer service, the lady at the front desk was quick to hang up and acted irritated when I inquired about prices. Train your staff better.
I was on hold for 12+ minutes, in fact I was not given time to speak before being put on hold... for all the 7 times I called.
