We had a flood in our unit ,when we went into the office for assistance we were met with Sheryse Garcia who was Combative, rude and refused to provide us with answers as well refuse to call her Supervisor Doug and threaten to call the police. The office has cameras and hopefully audio where Doug Cheley should be able to review footage and how unprofessional this individual was.
I would not trust anyone who writes a good review of this place. I regret not listening to all of the bad reviews as we have had similar experiences. At the time, we did not have a choice but to rent here. From an outsiders perspective everything seemed great. However, that all changed once we signed our lease. I read the reviews before I moved in, and I should have payed attention. I’ve been quiet, and I finally snapped when I woke up this morning to a FREAKING RAT with food and trash everywhere on the porch eating out of the trash that the “trash service” we are all forced to pay for didn’t take AGAIN. My trash can is clean, no leaks, no reason they shouldn’t be taking it. We are clean, quiet and responsible. We shouldn’t have these issues. No one should.
