the smell of smoke from the previous tenants in the unit is disgusting coming from someone who doesnt smoke. it's hard to enter the suite without it taking my breath away. nothing was done as no do I believe anything will. if it's not your last choice. dont even consider them
This building should be condemned, and the so-called “management” should be investigated for their gross neglect. I deeply regret ever signing a lease here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you have the option, run in the opposite direction. Save yourself the nightmare that these slumlord will put you through. I signed a lease here and voluntarily broke it after 8-months. Place is ok. But the agent Hilda is very nice. She helps me for a quick move in and assisted me on application form until midnight.
