I have never experienced a business as unprofessional as Camden Tire and Repair. What appears to be the bookkeeper/customer service representative hung up on me twice when calling to speak to management trying to resolve faulty mechanic work. So I proceeded to go into the repair shop in hopes of a resolution. To no avail. These people are thieves, please don’t go there. Yesterday we got stranded in Campbell with flat tire and towed the car to this place so we could get the tire patched. They would refuse to patch but wanted to sell a new tire. When we insisted to put tire back so we tow somewhere else then he agreed to patch, but broke the valve due to ignorance. They surely don’t know how to fix. Instead of apologizing they wanted to charge more for patching. We paid and somehow managed to get out of there. Felt our life was in danger.
i would say this is a really horrible and terrible and nightmare experience in here. I was just stop by and ask them if they can help me diagnose tire and change another one if needed. They initially said the diagnosis fee is $15 dollar before they take off my tire and then ask my $30 dollar to put it back. I said "why you are doubling price”. I went here yesterday right before they closed and the mechanic seemed like a good guy I told him I needed a new tire he goes all around the shop looking for the size I need he finally finds it after about 20-30 minutes replaces my old tire then charges me $100 so I pay him drive home and the tire he sold me has a slow leak so I call today and tell him about it and he’s being rude and snappy on the phone then tells me that he sold me a used tire and there’s no warranty when I clearly stated to him that I needed a new tire I ... read more
