I would not recommend this Property. They are very slow on responding to your concerns and they seem to not care about their tenants. During the Covid they have been very harsh and not understanding especially if you end up in the hospital , they add more fees to your bill when your in ICU... I have been waiting for over a week to be contacted and it is still pending. Very slow services..
RecommendedI’ve living here for 2 years and the complex is so beautiful, and clean ! everyone in the front office is amazing and helpful , the pools , dog park and gym are always nice and neat . I recommend living here because It’s quiet , and pet friendly especially because of the maintenance guys , they keep this complex looking astonishing .

I been leaving here for a year and the apartment are clean and well maintained the front desk staff are always friendly and nice ,helpful too, the pools are clean and so is the dog park and I love it cause it pet friendly here so I recommend living here .the maintenance are amazing on what they do .
All of the staff is fantastic. Adam is super helpful and always available if you have any questions or concerns.
We LOVE living at Camden Sugar Grove! The entire staff from the moment you walk in the door, to every single part of the maintenance team, has been exceptional! The property is well maintained, any requests are responded to quickly, and bonus... we have food trucks once a week! HIGHLY recommend making this place home!
This place is amazing, it has easy access to beltway 8, 59, and highway 90. With all their amenities, I enjoy using their basketball and fitness gym. The office staff are extremely professional, personable and super friendly. They always greet you with a smile. When you go to the office, I recommend you to see Steff Castillo. I love this Camden so much, but what has always stood out has been the staff, specifically Stephanie Spratt, the assistant manager of the property. She treats me like family, any issue I bring up to her is taken to heart, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She also always chats with me about how I'm doing, asks about my family, etc., She's more of a sweet & friendly neighbor to me, and I'm proud to call her a friend.
