Mirwais gave us a great tour of Elate Royal Oaks. The grounds were well kept. The amenities provided something for everyone, and the proximity to HEB and other retail was fantastic. The apartments we toured were updated, quiet and well laid out. Mirwais is so knowledgeable about the property and answered all our questions.
Great pool, meals occasionally. Beautiful property with great security.
