The only thing I can say for my experience is cover your ass. I lived at Camden Centennial from 2008-2013. Living there wasn't bad. Maintenance was an absolute joke and the manager was hooking up with multiple tenants, but I can do my own home maintenance and I don't care who sleeps with who. The trouble came after I moved out. I was sent a bill for over $2000 in damages including ridiculous things like $60 for drip pans for the stove that cost $12 at home depot and almost $700 for carpet replacement when the carpet wasn't n... read more
