RecommendedThe apartment is lovely! I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to live in Arlington, live close to D.C. and live in a beautiful place. The apartments are spacious, they are clean and everything is updated. The neighbors that I've met are nice and there are some adorable dogs throughout the building. Lived at Camden Potomac Yard for about a year and a half. We had a wonderful time living here starting from the location and renovated apts to the most helpful and friendly staff-- specifically want to call out DJ for always helping out whenever needed with quick response times as well as going above and beyond with his professionalism and excellent service. I want thank Humberto for the great job he did fixing our sink. He’s very Profession and got the job done in no time. He’s also very nice person and I always like to see him. The maintenance team is the BEST! I would like to give props to Marcus as well he’s got personality and knows his stuff! So five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Chis and his team!!!!
My time at Camden Potomac Yard super exceeded my expectations! Their staff is friendly and do a great job remembering names and faces. The building is quiet and clean, especially since the latest upgrades in the common areas. I would recommend staying at this location if you are looking for luxury at a good cost.

Love, love, love living here!!! Great location to everything! Friendly and attentive staff (shout out to Tiera and Jeanean) for always assisting! Only negative thing are the elevators but the staff are quick to resolve the issues! Overall best apartment I’ve lived in!
