My AC all of a sudden stopped working or blowing cool air, and as we know it’s entirely too hot for that. I called the front office, emailed and submitted a maintenance request not to be a pain but hoping to get this issue fixed asap. Eric our maintenance guy got up here and told me exactly what was wrong and did what needed to be done all in less than 20 minutes. A job well done!!
Wonderful apartment community. The manager Erinn Seltzer is amazing. She is incredibly responsive. Everytime I speak to her she is always in a wonderful mood and so willing to help with ANYTHING anyone might need even if it has nothing to do with the apartments she is always willing to help. She even paid to become a notary just for her residents so they would have access to those services.
