We had MANY issues with our apartment that were mentioned to the property manager and maintenance guy several times. Smoke detectors, bath tub leaking and caused the woman underneath of us to have her ceiling fall in, outlets not working, breaker flipping, bugs, mold on our vents and ceiling, walls cracking, etc. The property manager Erin is very unprofessional, gossiping with the residents about others, screaming at the tenants and lacking her “customer service” attitude. Nice place to live.
So my gf and I and our child, were promised multiple times move in dates this year. But the property manager Erin, went back on her word by telling us that we make to much income, after already telling us we had an apartment ready and a move in date. I’m very hurt by this because we needed a place to move into by the 6th of November. I don’t recommend this place at all. We called multiple times, left messages and never received any calls back. Erinn has done a phenomenal job at making sure the apartment was absolutely perfect at move in. She has worked really hard at getting everything together. So give her some grace as she's still adjusting and new. These apartments are absolutely beautiful and very spacious inside. We are so happy and excited to make Camden our new home
