I've really enjoyed living at the Camden Place Apartments, staff is great, maintenance is quick to respond to issues. I'd recommend living here if you're looking for a place.

I loved living here. The staff were so kind and attentive. Maintenance is respectful and the grounds are well kept. The new office team seems like they were given a bunch of problems that they are working on resolving but it seems like they want the best for the community. Buying a house is the only reason i am leaving.

this has been the worst place I have ever settled at in my time of travel work. from none of my key fobs working for about six months. My mail keys, not working for about that same amount of time. Then replacing both of those and still not working multiple times. On top of that, the worst gnat issue I have ever seen in my life…. I have been at resident at this complex for a whole year already, they’re very peaceful and I enjoy living here. But they have the worst service when it comes to maintenance. They are horrible, they take forever to address any maintenance issues. When i first move in i was without A/C for 3 weeks, 2-3 months later after it was “fix” same issue, i had to wait another 2 weeks for that to get fix. Haven't received my unit yet, but so far this place has been very transparent, reasonable, and professional. No complaints, they don't make customer service like this anymore.
