I have lived at Camden Apartments for a little over two years, and when my lease is up, I will not be renewing. Over the past six months, my townhome has flooded twice. What is especially concerning is that six units flooded at the same time during each incident. I also spoke with my neighbors afterward, and seven residents in total had to miss work because of the flooding. The office staff is responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Beautiful unique property.
I’ve never had a reason to change my opinion or leave a review until now. I spent a year putting in multiple requests to have a water heater removed from my basement, but it got to the point where I had to remove it myself, since they never bothered to do it despite the repeated requests. Let me be clear: I love living here, but lately, they’ve been slacking on the basics.
I loved living here. The staff were so kind and attentive. Maintenance is respectful and the grounds are well kept. The new office team seems like they were given a bunch of problems that they are working on resolving but it seems like they want the best for the community. I have to relocate for my job otherwise I would have loved to stay.
