I have been at resident at this complex for a whole year already, they’re very peaceful and I enjoy living here. But they have the worst service when it comes to maintenance. They are horrible, they take forever to address any maintenance issues. When i first move in i was without A/C for 3 weeks, 2-3 months later after it was “fix” same issue, i had to wait another 2 weeks for that to get fix. Haven't received my unit yet, but so far this place has been very transparent, reasonable, and professional. No complaints, they don't make customer service like this anymore.
The young lady who gave me a tour named Ashley was very friendly and informative. The apartment complex was beautiful and had great amenities.
I absolutely love living at Camden Place Apartments. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and moments like this sunset just remind me how nice it is to come home here. The maintenance guys, Mike, Josh and Chuck always respond quickly.
