I've lived at Camden Phipps for 9.5 years. There is a reason why I've stayed here this long and continued renewing lease. This property is in a great location, beautiful apartments, decent pricing. I am giving them one star for the exterior renovations they are currently doing. They are doing invasive renovation work while expecting residents to pay full price, knowing most people WFH these days.
