Avoid these apartments if you want a good value for your money. You will not get that here. It is substandard quality, at best. Rent is very high and they will rip you off when you leave. I lived there for two years, my upstairs neighbor's water heater leaked, filling my ceiling and walls with water, damaging the paint. I put in a work order multiple times, they never fixed the walls. RecommendedMy wife and I have rented an apartment at Camden PTC for almost 6 months. The staff and maintenance associates have been great. Seth Crouch has been especially helpful as has Kobie with any questions or concerns. The apartment is clean, functional and well maintained. Any time we have had any sort of issue, it was taken care of quickly and effectively by the maintenance team. These con artists legitimately tried to charge us almost $800 when we moved out. Lol. My advice is to keep looking. You can find a decent house to rent for less, and you won't have to worry about consistent maintenance fails or suspicious fees. Also, if you're black or brown, they will send Haleema to speak to you to "calm" you down, so be aware. Never did get that regional manager's info. 🤔
Only been here a few weeks. However, very enjoyable thus far. Great location, nice workout studio, great walking paths, shops and more within a few minute walk or drive.
We moved in in August of 2019 and have been sick ever since due to suspected mold exposure. After having been in the hospital with chronic respiratory infections, we hired an inspection company to check for mold. As you can see from pictures below, multiple forms of mold were in fact found. We asked to break our lease without penalty as we are currently having to stay in a hotel, and the assistant manager denied that request. Until this issue is resolved, I would definitely not consider this as even a temporary residence.
I do not live here but my family is staying while their home is being built. They have been sick ever since moving in. Come to find out the AC unit is old and completely taken over by mold inspected by a professional. The attitude the office staff has is horrible and totally unprofessional. Not once have they apologized or offered assistance. I suggest if anyone is having allergy problems have your unit checked. I would not suggest the place to anyone!! What has happened to actual professional people?? Horrible place
Camden Apartments is a wonderful! The management is always kind and very helpful. The property itself is beautiful! I toured a few of the different layouts they have to offer and am amazed! They all have lots of space and storage. I was happy to see how clean the site was. Not only was the interior well kept, but so are the grounds. Overall I am so impressed with Camden Apartments!
Have lived here for 1 1/2 years now, front office staff is wonderful, the maintenance men are just as wonderful, grounds kept clean, apartment are very nice, a great place to call home
