The room was great. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. Sofa is a hide-a-bed if needed. Kitchenette stocked well. Our TV stopped working and it was replaced immediately. Nice balcony with lake view. It was full of spider webs and bugs which didn't bother me but I did see staff cleaning these off of other balconies if requested. Although the beds suck I love this place. I've been going to this place for 7 years now and the bed is the same. No support for my back, and they are indented from all the other people who have slept there.
Although the beds suck. I've been going to this place for 7 years now and the bed is the same. No support for my back, and they are indented from all the other people that have slept there.
My significant other and I go to this place because of the view and a little R&R. We payed for a whirlpool tub with a king bed for over $1000 on July 4th and for July 5th. The bathroom was disgusting! Toilet seat mounted on an angle and shower floor looked like it wasn’t scrubbed in years. To make matters worse, had to call for room maintenance to come and half repair the whirlpool tub. The on-off button was defective. Next year we plan on staying somewhere else on the lake. Very disappointed in the room condition!
