Went in for an eyebrow wax 03/11/2025. While the eyebrow wax itself was okay, she got wax in my hair on BOTH sides of my head. She made no attempt to get it out with baby oil or anything. I should also note my hair was worn up and out of my face during this. This wasn't a little bit of wax either, it was very noticeable and I was not happy. One of the more painful pedicures I’ve had. The young man did a great massage and polish, but when he was doing the callus scraper thing he did it way too hard and caused some decent damage to my heels. You can see the small cuts on my heels now, and I’ve got them wrapped with salve to try to relieve the pain and burning. The atmosphere was very welcoming, chairs were comfortable, felt very clean.
