DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've been a faithful resident for going on 5 years, and I can tell you the office staff (Katelyn Reilly and Heidi Steedly) are the most unprofessional and aggressive employees I've encountered. Camden used to be a great place to live. There were a lot of community events and the grounds were kept clean. The staff knew your name and greeted you in the neighborhood. Brianna was excellent through the whole process and patient with me while I got all my paperwork in and I have felt nothing but positivity and welcomed since the minute I signed for the place! And OMG the newly renovated apartment is beyond my expectations and worth every penny!
I lived here for about two years and the apartments, staff and everything is the best of the best. Only reason why I moved out is because I needed something bigger than a three bedroom apartment. Location is perfect too! Move in today... You won't regret it! Thank you for everything you all do for your residents!
Lived here for over 2 years. The place itself is not bad. The staff are good as well, but the people around the area are awful! Since I've lived there my brand new car (3 months old at the time) has been broken into and damaged along with 12 other cars that night. Vandalism is sky rocket at this location, even with the gates they manage to cut through it and get in. Car windows were smashed, and even left on cinderblocks.
