I've lived here for one going on two years and my experience has been amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful, Management is very sweet and easy to work with and any time I have had issues with my apartment maintenance always handles it promptly. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.
Exceptional value. Grounds are beautiful, staff is outstandingand there is a fully outfitted cybex equipped gym. Value added bonus, this property is adjacent to the Upper Tampa Bay Recreation Area (bike trails! kayaking! large dog parks!) It really doesn't get any better than this!
Parking can be tight at night but I haven't had trouble finding a spot so far. The office staff is so polite, friendly, professional, and most importantly, reachable. The community is super clean, quiet, and well maintained. I do wish the other residents would pick up after their dogs! I came here from Camden Bay and this experience has already been SO MUCH better.
Its a great place to live. What I dont like been a dog owner, that I clean up after my dogs, but other residents dont.
