The apartments itself are very nice but there are several reasons for the negative review. I have several pictures to support the review and will post them on yelp as well as apartments.com -Smoking everywhere. Cigarettes and weed. Cigarette smoking will take place at the entry and exit of the garage entrances so have your windows rolled up always! Smokers are friendly but it constantly reeks of cigarette smoke. RecommendedMy shower broke right after I was laid off due to covid-19. The leasing office called maintenance and Greg traveled from home on a Sunday afternoon to assess the problem. Within 24 hours, Greg and his helper Matt had it fixed. They were cautious about being very clean and sanitary and were able to repair everything. I couldn't be more grateful for them. Loved living at Camden. Amy and the girls in the office are wonderful! They worked around my wife’s night shift schedule to repair or update anything. Maintenance is always quick to respond and address any small issues. We moved right down the road into a brand new complex and WISH we did NOT!!! If we were not moving back to GA in June this year, then Camden would definitely have us back as residents!!!!!
I moved to Camden Lincoln Station in September 2019, and I am so impressed with everything about this place!! The maintenance team is always great - very prompt and responsive. Whatever the issue, they seem to be able to handle things quickly and well. Really appreciate all that they do!! Camden Lincoln Station is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever seen. We toured nearly 20 other apartments in the area, and no one else came close to their level of professionalism, amenities, fantastic community, and friendliness. All the staff are top-notch and really treat all the residents here like family. Even pets are considered a valuable part of the community!! We are SO glad we chose Camden as our new home!

CLS is a great place to live, we have an amazing staff that treats us like family. The dedication is seen daily with a beautiful clean space and by special homemade meals, parties, birthday cards and food trucks. Families eat and drink together! They love on us and we love them… Totally Awesome!!!
