No the Mgmt and the place is a PIG Sty. You will may be impressed when the Rachel or sammi show you the happy path, But once they leave you have to deal w/trash on the ground, speeders that do not obey the 10Mph speedlimit and the drug deal that take place in the back of the property. Hi Kevin, thank you for your feedback! However, I believe you might have us mistaken with a different community as we don't have anyone that works here by those names.
After we moved out they turned over a bill to collections instead of mailing one to us and we were 100% paid before we left so not even sure what those charges were for. Still we would have paid immediately if they would have sent the bill to us (which I paid the collection agency immediately). Just be aware even if you think you have paid everything they are going to come after you for something more and will turn over to collections instead of mailing to you. I am not resident of this community. I had been to one of my friend in building 24 last weekend. While entering from Tennyson road.i have seen couple of buildings have trash kept outside from Friday to Sunday. This was pretty bad to see and experience. All other things were OK. By the way, i called your office number but no one responded.
We have been living in Camden Legacy Park, Plano from last 2 years and I would really like to say the maintenance team is amazing. We have always got prompt service from the team. Though the overall team is very good, but special mention must go to Chris. He is very polite, dedicated and knows his work very well.Very clean and organised work .

Went there today to look at the property and with the layouts, friendly neighbors and great office team (Jeff) decided this is where I want to call home. January cannot come fast enough �
I would like to thank maintenance staff Marko, so quick to respond, doing great job.
Everything was good except the rent part. Increasing the rent if we wish to extend lease for another year is very bad. Will land up losing customers because of this crazy idea!
