I decided to move to Camden Lakes after selling my home. Big shoutout to Ashley S. for being patient, understanding, and willing to help! She made the difference with her excellent client service, positive attitude, and calm spirit. Ashley followed up promptly with the application process and guided me through for any easy transition! I could’ve moved anywhere but Ashley was one of my reasons for choosing Camden!
They don’t fix things and treat their customers poorly when it comes to rent increases. They force you to sign long leases by bullying you and making you pay more to stay there than if you were a new tenant. New tenants rent is cheaper than someone who’s has been the 10 years. How is that fair?
My experience at Camden Lake Apartments has been great! This is my first apartment, so I was unfamiliar with the whole process. However, from the application through the move-in date, I didn’t have any problems. The leasing specialist, Ashley, answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The environment is quiet and peaceful. I only had one issue with the water when I moved in, but maintenance solved the problem almost immediately. I definitely recommend this place.
The application process was a breeze because of Mrs.Ashley! Without her I would have been out of luck and without an apartment. I’ve been staying here for a couple of months now and I LOVE it! No complaints. It’s a really quiet & peaceful place, best decision I ever made! Thank you Mrs.Ashley!!

From the moment I applied, Mrs. Ashley in leasing office was communicative, helpful, and made sure everything was ready for my move-in date.
