Let me tell you about Camden Lakes, in all honesty. Yes, they cut their grass every single day at 8 in the morning, so If you wake up anytime after 8, be prepared to be awaken by lawn mowers and blowers b/c they do it for about 4 hours straight, but at least the community is well kept right? :) Aside from that, if you have visitors or anyone who sleeps over at YOUR apt that you pay rent for ever single month, be sure that they WILL harass you as often as possible about if they are an occupant or not.
