The management is unorganized and terrible. They promise you one thing before moving in and do another. I would recommend moving elsewhere unless you want a headache and a hassle.
RecommendedI wasn't excited to move from a 4 bedroom house to a mid rise building but this place has quickly become home and I can't imagine living anywhere else. The apartments are spacious and beautifully done. The amenities are 5 star and most importantly the staff has become like family. They respond quickly to any requests and truly care about the community.
We love Destiny, she is not only sweet but extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home!
We absolutely love living at Olympia, just signed our renewal for yet another yet. The units are spacious, well insulated, and have lots of available storage. Noise from neighbors is minimal, thanks to the construction of the building. Maintenance stays on top of things and provides a quick turn around, our concierge team Rocks!!, the valet guys are extremely helpful, and the leasing staff goes the extra mile to make this place feel like home. We have lived at Olympia for the last two years and have loved it! The apartments are very spacious and well constructed. Noise from neighbors is minimal if at all. I have had wonderful interactions with all maintenance, concierge, valet and leasing staff. Also, the location is fantastic, with great walking and shopping.

After comparing numerous apartment complexes and other available housing locations, we found Olympia at Willowick Park as a clear standout. The apartments are exemplary by every measure. They are spacious and well-equipped with luxurious, home-like features, and we moved in after 27 years in a home we designed and built.
