Before all this happened (see below) I again made another order and I was charged $190.64 and today I received a refund of $166.09. They are now STEALING almost $25!! I'm contacting the Florida AG office and filing a complaint and formal hearing. Item was NEVER shipped, nothing was done in their "2-3 Day turnaround." They just STOLE MY money! Very unprofessional and even rude. They had a simple problem with shipping an order to me and could of very easily been fixed. By the time I had finished emailing them back and forth four or five times it was apparent they did not care about the problem and just wanted me to go away. Not the first time they have had complaints about their lack of professionalism. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY BIG ORDERS. You could lose BIG!!!! I purchased a fixed oil from Camden-Grey about a year ago. Immediately I received it I opened it up and sniffed it. It smelled rancid and off. I contacted Camden-Grey immediately and was told that the stock was fresh and they would get in touch with their supplier and contact me again about it. I never received any further contact. I followed up several times, however I received no response at all. I believe they have a policy that they don't accept returns on their oils.
