I love our maintenance team. Edgar is fantastic! We've lived here 4 years & every time we need something it's taken care of that day. Not only do they fix the problem but they clean up ac well! Always so polite & friendly. My dogs even love Edgar!
Was welcomed right when I walked in the door. Louryn Tilley was very helpful told me about a lot of stuff the apartments offered. The apartment I looked at was nice. I was looking at a small apartment but it didn't seem small because of the lay out. It is on my top 2 list of apartments that I am considering moving to. Great area and atmosphere.
Staff is great Tom and Jeremie did an excellent job helping us in the process of leasing here. They went well beyond any customer satisfaction survey can easily give. It took them less than 4 hours compared to another complex up the road, almost two months to say they could not verify references costing my company time and money, to get us in to a great place to live. Thanks guys for all your help.
This is truly a great place to call home!! I was extremely happy residing here at the Grand Harbor for 18 months, the office staff is always helpful and have genuinely smiling faces!! The facilities, grounds and apartments are well maintained. The atmosphere is both family friendly yet tranquil. Truly a great value for your money!!
