They are way over scheduled. The nurses try. After all these years of going here I can't understand what has happened to this place. Jess and Beth are friendly and they listen, the women who schedule do not take your time into account. I love that they are close by, but I don't love the long delays once you get there.
Bunch of idiots. Sat there for an hour and they told me to reschedule . I’ll b going elsewhere . I’ll die first before I go back there and that nurse is a BITCH!!!
Worst visit. The front end and the nurseing staff are great. The doctor had no bed side manner didn't even address anthing I brought up with the nurse like the old doctor used to just was worried about my medications and what I was taking what I wasn't taking and not even asking me why I was there or didn't even listen to my lungs checked any of my things that I did State at the beginning of our meeting that were bothering me just was worried about the medications that I was on or not on. Very upset.
I would rate it zero if there was an option for it. These reviews are Exactly why I left, now everyone else has finally come to their senses. #Karma
3 hour office visit, 1 other person there (patient)! Patient will NOT go back on my work time! Totally unprofessional to treat your patients wuth such disrespect. It would be understandable if there was an emergency, but to blame that the dr isnt familiar with the computer program??? This place has a hard time keeping any dr and its going to be apparent that patients are going to search elsewhere for health care.
This was a great office until the best doctors left, now it's a revolving staff that doesn't know you when they see you and there is no care or compassion, they just shoo you out the door basically! Stay away!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE. Staff are unreliable and rude. Will not call in your scripts for days, will not answer the phone, will cancel multiple appointments on you. TERRIBLE. Also, the vicinity is dirty.
